So my hairline is starting to recede! Whatever.

There's really only one person to blame here.

That article is shite steve - it was MY maternal grandfather who didn't have much hair left when he died at 63 NOT YOUR maternal grandfather (please note that Pa had a full head of hair at 96). Do we need to participate in this research do you think, just to balance the focus group?

I have NEVER blogged before, but I couldn't let this one pass!

If it's on your Mother's side , how come I'm the one who's bald?

All the photos I've seen would suggest that you're following your father not your mother!

OK, ok, so it's not the most scientifically watertight of studies, especially when they're reaching out for a larger sample via an internet article. Further reducing its credibility, The University of Bonn is widely regarded in Health circles as the premier cash-for-comment educational institution.

So I've learned two lessons from this exercise:
1. Read the article in full, before using it as the basis of an argument.
2. If you want to get your dad to start posting comments, six months after your blog's inception, post something that is close to his heart (or head in this case). It's all about catering to your audience, really.

However, I must note that I WILL hold you both to ransom for any other genetic abnormailities. For example, Amelia and Cassandra.

Just jokes...thanks for the comments. x
